Operation Manager / Act KTT

Our client is MNC coal mining Company based in Sumatera. Currently they are on the construction site and ready to boost their project next year.

They are urgently looking for Operation Manager / Act KTT

Lead Site Management Team for Operational, Health, Safety and Environmental.

Evaluate and Analysis Current JORC Resources Statement.

Manage and Evaluate Drilling Program for Feasibility Study/Bankable Study

Evaluate mine Planning Strategic.

Evaluate Logistic Strategic from mining Consultant.

Develop Mining and Logistic Strategic for reliable coal transportation through river.

Develop Mine Organization Chart for Mine Operation (Small, Medium & Large) Scale of Operation.

Prepare Figure of Operational Cost

Job Requirements

Min 10 years experienced in managing large coal mining site in the same position.

Obtain certification of KTT (Kepala Tehnik tambang).

Bachelor degree in mining engineering

Willing to be base in Palembang area (roster discuss)

English is essential

Leadership, problem solving skills is require

Must have P2B certificate

Understanding coal mining business and issue in Indonesia
