We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

PROJECY ACCOUNTANT COORDINATOR (Jakarta based)

Monitor and control Finance, Accounting and Cost Control function activities in order to produce timely and accurate financial information for project.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, from reputable university

• Min. 5 years experiences holding the same role in Mining industry

• Fluent in English, written and verbal

• Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Excel

• Must be a team player and has strong drive to achieve

• Willing to travel and working for periods of time on Site Projects as required

• Understand the critical/key terms of each project including pricing, payment timing, rise and fall, claims, risks, and opportunities

• Understand the key drivers of cost at project level

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

• Familiar with Accounting system

Responsibilities:

1) Monitor day to day Finance and Accounting operations for projects.

2) Ensure all clients and subcontractors invoices are issued and paid as per contract terms (including bank charges).

3) Monitor the key contractual causes.

4) Responsible for completion of Finance and Accounting requirements for project including initial project set up, bank accounts, systems, and taxation.

5) Supervise Project Accountant to prepare Project Monthly Report / Score Cards and provide a financial and reporting service to project team members in respect to all financial and accounting matters.

6) Assist Mining Accounting Manager in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly business line report.
