We are one of the biggest petrochemical companies in Indonesia, currently seeking professional candidates for immediate employment in the following position:

FINANCE/ACCOUNTING STAFF (E-mail Subject Code: FIN/10)

Qualification & Experience:

• Min Diploma Degree in Accounting

• Male/Female Age Max 25 years Old

• Minimum 1 year experience as accountant or AP Staff

• Familiar with Taxation Basic (VAT & WHT)

• Good interpersonal skills (teamwork)

Key Responsibilities:

• AP invoice processing (checking and verification, payment input)

• Processing payment Voucher to vendors and employees claim

• Coordinating with treasury team Jakarta to ensure payment is accurate and on-time

• Handling Settlement Employee Expenses Report

• Maintaining cash on hand / petty cash

• Handling maintenance Finance Document

General Requirement

Fluent in English both written and oral. Able to operate computer application (Ms. Office, etc). Highly motivated, good personality, and willing to be posted in Tuban, East Java.
